Pango Group Announces Sally Barrera to Supervise San Gabriel Valley Expansion Effort
In the spirit of providing the highest escrow service standards in California, Pango Group is expanding into the San Gabriel Valley region. Overseeing the effort is new hire, Sally Barrera, Director of Business Development. Barrera comes to the post with a wealth of knowledge in the title industry and nearly two decades of experience.

When she’s not hard at work, Sally takes her energy to the ski slopes of our local mountains, finds a good bicycle trail or hops a plane to find a new adventure.

Pango Group Opens New Escrow Division to Serve California’s Second Largest City
Delivering on its mission to bring the highest standards of escrow services to California, Pango Group recently opened a new division in San Diego—California’s second largest city and the nation’s ninth largest. Director of Business Development, Deborah Boykin, will oversee the division and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the escrow industry.
“I’m very excited to introduce Pango Group to San Diego which has more than 3,000,000 residents and over one million homes,” Deborah mentioned in a recent interview. “It’s a very active real estate community that deserves the exceptional level of service Pango Group offers.”
A San Diego native, Deborah has a deep and personal interest in assisting fellow San Diegans with their real estate needs. Pango Group provides escrow services for residential as well as commercial including distressed properties such as REOs, foreclosures and short sales. In her off hours, Deborah can be found cheering on her two daughters at championship soccer tournaments, bicycling at the beach or camping.

CV Escrow Opens New Desert Location in Palm Springs
Pango Group is pleased to annouce that our strong commitment to providing outstanding escrow services in the Coachella Valley, California continues with the opening of our second CV Escrow office. The Palm Springs addition to our service locations enhances our ability to provide personal service to the area’s real estate community.
The CV Escrow Office Manager and Escrow Officer is Julie Eckstrom. She is a SoCal native who has lived and worked in the Coachella Valley since 1985, where she has built many outstanding relationships with area Realtors. Working in escrow since 1976, her strong skills in project management, in team management and in the technical details of escrow put her in a great position to help Realtors with all of their escrow needs. “Throughout my career”, Julie noted, “I’ve been fortunate to work on projects and develop expertise in many kinds of escrows including sales, commercial, Indian lease land, loan, REO and short sale transactions.”
