Escrow Officer
The Escrow Officer oversees and supports the entire escrow transaction while adhering to escrow rules and regulations (i.e. DOC, EAFC and RESPA). We are seeking highly organized and self-motivated candidates who possess excellent verbal and communication skills. You will manage escrow relationships across a diverse list and will have experience with specialized knowledge in one or more escrow products. A dedication to service excellence is a must by providing consistent, high quality service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Knowledge of several escrow products
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook and escrow software is required (RBJ escrow software a plus)
- Familiarity with, and usage of, social media and blogging is advantageous
Escrow Assistant
The Escrow Assistant performs a vital function in an escrow office by providing administrative support to the escrow officer. Must be able to work under tight time constraints with composure, accuracy and minimal direction. General duties include: gathering information, entering data, ordering title reports, responding to information requests, setting up appointments, recording and filing documentation and handling funds. A commitment to consistent, quality customer service is necessary along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook and escrow software is required (RBJ escrow software a plus)
Regional Sales Representatives
The Escrow Sales Representative works with real estate agents, brokers and other industry professionals with the primary objective of fostering new relationships and maintaining our existing customer base. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to self-start, network with industry associations and groups and have excellent presentation skills. Must meet or exceed sales goals for assigned territory by promoting and selling the services of Pango Group.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years selling escrow services
- Excellent time management skills
- Personable, friendly and customer-oriented
- Ability to adopt flexible work hours
- Tech savvy. Comfortable with the computer, software applications including Microsoft Office/Outlook, texting, and navigating the internet.
